By accessing or using the Bouncer API and website at usebouncer.dev ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bouncer provides a file upload malware scanning REST API. Users upload files via the API, which are scanned using multiple detection engines and results are returned asynchronously.
You agree not to:
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from scanning inaccuracies, false positives, or false negatives.
Bouncer is a detection tool, not a guarantee of security. We are not responsible for any damage caused by malware that our engines fail to detect, or for any business decisions made based on scan results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and scan history may be deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
